This beautiful session is a gentle invitation to pause — to slow the world down for a few hours and tune into the incredible journey your body and baby are taking together. Blending guided relaxation, mindful creativity, and simple rituals for calm connection, it’s time set aside just for you.

Each workshop has its own unique theme and creative twist, but you can always expect:

A Grounding Circle — begin by arriving fully in the moment, with calm breath, mindful touch, and space to connect with your bump.

Positive Intentions — gentle reflections or written prompts to help you focus on calm, confidence, and self-compassion as you prepare for birth and motherhood.

A Tea Ceremony — sharing a mindful cup of herbal tea as we slow the pace and connect with one another.

Creative or Mindful Practice — something soothing and expressive, such as journalling, gentle breathing, crafting, or writing a note to your baby or postnatal self.
