Feeling ready to meet your baby?

This session is designed for those who are 38 weeks pregnant or beyond and would like to support their body and mind as they approach labour.

The focus is on deep relaxation, reducing tension and anxiety, and helping you feel calm, positive and prepared for birth.

In-Person Sessions

In-person sessions also include relaxing Rebozo techniques to help release tension and encourage comfort.

Online Sessions

Online sessions include guidance and simple instructions that can be shared with your birth partner so they can recreate the Rebozo techniques at home.
