CLARITY Virtual Doula Package

Clarity is for you if you don't necessarily need a doula at your birth, but you'd love to have one in your corner during pregnancy.

Perhaps you're feeling overwhelmed by your options, have questions after an appointment, aren't sure what to put in your birth preferences, or simply want to feel more informed and confident about the decisions ahead.

Your Clarity package includes:

• One 60–90 minute private antenatal session with me

• Time to talk through your individual worries, questions and circumstances

• Help understanding your birth choices, NHS options and recommendations

• Support to explore and shape your birth preferences

• Practical preparation for birth, including what to consider if plans need to change

• Personalised suggestions and resources based on what you need

• WhatsApp doula support throughout your agreed support period

• Your Hypno Doula digital toolkit, including calming and hypnobirthing resources to use throughout pregnancy and in preparation for birth

As both a doula and hypnotherapist, I can support you with more than simply knowing your options. We can also work with the fear, anxiety and overwhelm that can make those decisions feel so much harder.

You'll leave your session with a clearer idea of your choices, what matters to you and what you want to do next — with continued support afterwards when those inevitable “Oh! I forgot to ask…” questions pop up.
